Once the boil has completed, the wort must be cooled quickly to ensure all the flavors and aromas are kept intact. This process is called wort cooling, and is the most important step when brewing your perfect craft beer.

Once the wort has cooled, it is time to move it to your fermenter. At this point you will also add your chosen yeast. This is what will give your beer the alcohol content and flavor. After the yeast has had a chance to fully ferment the beer, it is time to package. This can be done either by bottling or kegging the beer.
